Your calendar in Prévoilà
See your usual calendar next to your things to plan, and choose where your appointments go.
Prévoilà can show the calendar you already use, whether it's Google, iCloud or your work calendar. That way, you can see when you're busy before you find a time for a thing. It reads your calendar on your phone, without copying it anywhere else.
Giving access to your calendar
Until you give access, the Calendar tab shows “Your calendar in Prévoilà” and a sample calendar. Tap “Continue”, then allow access when your phone asks you.
If you said no earlier, the card tells you so, and its button opens the Prévoilà page in your phone's settings. Allow calendar access there: under Calendars on the iPhone, or under Permissions, then Calendar on Android.
My calendar: where your appointments go
When you note down an appointment (the dentist, Tuesday at 10 am) or the day you'll do a thing, Prévoilà adds it to one of your calendars, “My calendar”. You'll then find it wherever that calendar appears. By default, this is your phone's main calendar: on the iPhone, the one where the Calendar app puts your new events; on Android, the one for your Google account.
- Tap Settings, then Calendar.
- Under “My calendar”, tap “Calendar” and choose a different one.
The calendars shown
In Settings, “Calendars shown” lets you choose what is shown: each account, then its calendars. Unticking a calendar doesn't delete anything. It stays in your usual calendar app; Prévoilà just stops showing it.
Week hours
“Start of day” and “End of day”, in Calendar, set the hours the calendar shows.
